She was named to the Top 5 in Real Estate in 2009. Having built her real estate practice with a focus on the international market, Patricia has served as Chairperson of Sarasota Association of Realtors’ International Council, and serves on Florida Association of Realtors’ International Operations Committee. He has a Bachelor of Science from East Central State University and an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola University. Prior to relocating to Florida, he spent more than 20 years in management for the housing industry building both manufactured and site built homes with companies such as Maryland’s Ryland Homes and Florida’s Palm Harbor Homes. He also worked with major public infrastructure projects and was an active private investor in technology companies. In 2003 he began a real estate career as a mortgage broker in Sarasota and in 2006 became a licensed member of both Sarasota and Florida Association of Realtors.
