The Accredited Buyer’s Representative / ABR®
The benchmark of excellence in representing a buyer’s interest during a transaction. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. ABR® agents are equipped to advocate for the buyer, negotiate most favorable contract terms and guide the customer towards a successful closing.

Agents who have this certification are able to conduct business successfully in a real estate market which is increasingly multicultural. Customers can be assured of an agent’s sensitivity to their specific needs.
Commitment to Excellence / C2EX
Demonstrates an agent’s commitment to the highest levels of professionalism, serving their customers effectively, holding themselves to the highest ethical standards and enhancing their skillset as industry standards and best practices evolve.
Certified International Property Specialist / CIPS
CIPS designees are part of an elite and influential network of over 4,000 professionals worldwide. International buyers and sellers can rest assured a CIPS agent’s knowledge and experience will ensure a successful cross border transaction. Certified Residential Specialist / CRS
When experience matters most! The CRS designation is awarded to agents who fulfill specific education requirements and can demonstrate a track record of either 60 transactions or $30 million in volume in the past five years, or 10+ years as an agent with 150 transactions total, or an average of $1 million per year with at least 40 transactions

Graduate, REALTOR® Institute / GRI

The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, skills and experience essential to represent a seller’s best interests during a real estate transaction. Senior Real Estate Specialist / SRES
SRES agents have specialist skills needed to effectively serve senior buyers and sellers, ensuring a successful real estate transaction while being sensitive to the unique needs of customers in this market sector. Their knowledge extends beyond real estate to retirement considerations, aging in place, independent living, transition management, financing and much more.
