Esti Baughen grew up in Exeter, England and moved to London where she attended the London School of Contemporary Dance before working as a professional dancer.

Together with her husband, Esti relocated to Manhattan where she established and ran a children’s clothing company.  Together with a business partner, she designed, manufactured, and marketed a range of children’s fashions, before having a son and daughter of her own. Needing to escape from NYC periodically, the family purchased a vacation home in Sarasota and in 1999 decided to make it their fulltime residence.

Having invested in property in both London and New York, Esti realized the huge potential of investing in Florida real estate and set about building an investment portfolio. This, coupled with her natural enthusiasm and bubbly personality, led her to a career in real estate.

A licensed REALTOR® since 2002, Esti has enjoyed much success and brings creativity and tenacity to the most difficult transactions.  Her clients appreciate her extensive experience, market knowledge sense of humor and passion for Sarasota living.  She prides herself on providing unparalleled service and develops long-term relationships with her customers.  Her firsthand knowledge of the immigration and relocation process, and the steps and potential pitfalls involved in moving overseas, give her a unique insight and understanding when working with clients from other countries.

Esti lives in Sarasota with her husband, where she plays tennis, enjoys local art and cultural activities, the Sarasota Ballet, and indulges her own artistic talents by making jewelry.
